Humiseal 1A27 is a hard and brittle conformal coating from the American company Humiseal.

HUMISEAL 1A27 is a PU/Urethane conformal coating for PCBs by Humiseal, USA. It has a hard and brittle texture and, like all polyurethane conformal coatings, offers excellent solvent resistance, superior abrasion resistance, and good moisture resistance. It performs stably in low-temperature environments but has poor high-temperature performance. Additionally, it is difficult to rework (due to its chemical solvent resistance, common solvents cannot remove the coating from the PCB), which limits its application range. It cures in air, is a single-component PU formulation, and is widely used on printed circuit boards, providing good protection and excellent electrical properties. HumiSeal® 1A27 aerosol conformal coating is a single-component polyurethane coating widely used in circuit board applications. It contains no free isocyanates and can also be applied by brushing or dipping methods. Available in 5L packaging.
